04.
Rooted in Scripture
Explore the Bible with a willing heart. Reflect on its message, ask thoughtful questions, and consider how God’s Word speaks into your life today.
05.
A life of prayer
Begin an honest conversation with God. You do not need impressive words: thanksgiving, confession, questions, and a simple request for help are places to start.
06.
Following Jesus
Jesus called ordinary people to follow Him and become fishers of men. As we grow, we share His love and good news with others. Read Matthew 4:19.
Begin with Jesus
The connection we were created for
The Christian gospel begins with God’s love. Sin separates us from Him, but Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again. Through Him, God offers forgiveness and new life. We receive this gift by grace through faith, turning from sin and trusting in Jesus. Read John 3:16 and Ephesians 2:8–10.
Your next step can be simple
Talk honestly with God about where you are. Read Luke 15 and John 3. Ask what it means to trust and follow Jesus. Seek a faithful local church where you can learn Scripture, ask questions, and grow alongside other believers. If you have wandered, you can turn toward Him again today.
A moment with God
You can begin right where you are.
Pause for a moment. What have you been carrying alone? What would you like to bring before God today?
You can pray in your own words, or use the reflection alongside as a starting point. Faith grows beyond a single moment, through a continuing relationship with Jesus.
A prayer to begin
God, I come to You as I am. I confess my sin and my need for Your mercy. Thank You for Jesus Christ, who died and rose again. Help me to turn from sin, trust Him, and follow Him. Teach me to know You and walk with You each day. Amen.
You do not need perfect words. Bring God your honest heart, and continue seeking Him through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship.
